Shopping Basics

Access the items through the New Arrivals, Collections, Tops, Pants, Accessories or Morich Tab on our home page.

You can choose the collections from the drop-down menu and then sort items by color, size and length or simply scroll to see the images. Once you click on the image, you can select the size and quantity before adding it to the cart.

You will get the option of proceeding to checkout or continue shopping. If you’ve added all the items you need to the cart then press review your order button. It will direct you to the page where you’ll be asked to enter your Name, Number, Email and Password for creating a Malook account which can be used for future orders too.

After you’ve created your account, enter billing and shipping address accordingly. You will receive a confirmation call after which your order will be processed and you will get the status of it through email.

We do apologize ma’am/sir, we are not taking customize orders at this time.

Payments

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment in the form of Debit Cards & Credit Cards from Visa  & Mastercard . Please make sure that internet banking is available on your card.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping is free across Pakistan. For international orders all the duties and taxes will be paid by the customers.

Standard Order delivery takes 3-4 working days after confirmation of order, depending on the size and availability of the product. Timely delivery is subject to availability of stocks and order confirmations.

Malook has a strict no return policy. Items once purchased, cannot be returned unless found to be of defective quality. For return requests due to quality issue, Malook will issue a full refund of the item(s) in the form of store credit to the customer, which can be used for any future purchase.

You may exchange any item bought from Malook within 7 days of receiving it. The item must not be worn, altered or washed. Also, please note that the item(s) must be in its original packing with the invoice.

On dispatch, you will be provided a Tracking ID for your order through email and SMS. You can log in to the M&P or TCS website for your order, insert your tracking ID and track your order.

Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, contact number, and area code is mentioned clearly while placing an order. On the second failed attempt, the item will be returned to us.

Shipping charges will be displayed at the time of checkout and will be added to your total bill. Shipping is free for customers ordering within Pakistan. International delivery charges are borne by the customer and will be charged as per the actual weight of the ordered product(s). Please note that some countries may attract import duties which shall be paid by the customer at the time of the delivery.
